1. Nature of Our Service

IndusFact.com is a digital B2B classifieds and knowledge marketplace operated by IndusFact B2B Solutions. We connect verified industrial buyers, sellers, dealers, rental providers, and service providers. IndusFact does not sell, buy, ship, deliver, or hold any physical goods.

2. What We Deliver

The only "products" delivered by IndusFact are digital services purchased on our platform:

Subscription plans — activated in your account within 5 minutes of successful payment.
Ad-boost credits (Featured / Top / Urgent) — credited to your wallet within 5 minutes of successful payment. Once you apply a credit to a listing, moderation is typically completed within 24 hours after which the boost goes live.
Sponsored ad slots — go live within 24 hours of admin approval of your creative.

3. Delivery Timelines & Failures

If a paid service does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes of successful payment, please write to support@indusfact.com with your Order ID and a screenshot of the payment confirmation. We will either activate the service or process a full refund within 3 working days.

4. Physical Goods Disclaimer

Any sale, rental, or service transaction between two IndusFact users happens off-platform. IndusFact only facilitates the introduction between buyer and seller. The following responsibilities lie with the buyer and seller:

Negotiation of final price, quantity, warranties, and payment terms.
Logistics, shipping, freight, insurance, and delivery arrangements.
Inspection of goods, dispatch schedules, and receipt confirmation.
Statutory documentation (invoice, e-way bill, GST compliance).

IndusFact is not a courier, logistics partner, escrow service, or freight forwarder for goods listed on the platform.

5. Services Category

Where you engage a listed service provider (AMC, fabrication, calibration, installation, engineering, consultancy, etc.), the timing, on-site visit, deliverables, and completion criteria are agreed directly between you and the service provider. IndusFact publishes the profile and facilitates the introduction; it does not directly deliver or supervise the service.

6. International Users

IndusFact is primarily a domestic Indian marketplace. Cross-border transactions initiated on the platform are between the two parties concerned; IndusFact does not handle customs, duties, or international freight.
