Ad Submission Terms & Conditions

These Ad Submission Terms & Conditions (“Ad Terms”) govern all Listings you submit to the IndusFact.com Platform. They are a supplement to our general [Terms & Conditions] and apply in addition to those Terms. By creating or editing any Listing, you agree to these Ad Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Standing
1.1 You must have a valid, active IndusFact account in good standing to submit or edit Listings.
1.2 Accounts in violation of our general Terms (e.g., suspended or under review) cannot create or modify Listings until reinstated.
2. Accuracy & Completeness
2.1 Truthfulness. All information in your Listing—descriptions, specifications, prices, availability—must be accurate and not misleading.
2.2 Documentation. If requested, you must provide proof of ownership, equipment condition, or compliance certificates (e.g., calibration, safety) within 5 business days.
3. Content Requirements
3.1 Title & Description. Must clearly describe the item, including make, model, year, and key features/defects.
3.2 Images & Media.
Minimum of 3 high-quality photos covering different angles.
No watermarks or promotional overlays.
3.3 Prohibited Items. Do not list items subject to export restrictions, hazardous materials, or items illegal under applicable law.
4. Listing Categories & Tags
4.1 Correct Category. Select the appropriate main category, subcategory, and sub-subcategory for your item. Mis-categorized Listings may be removed without notice.
4.2 Tags & Features. If using premium tags (e.g., “Urgent Ad”), ensure eligibility and payment before tagging.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
5.1 Clear Pricing. State prices in INR (₹) or specify another currency. Include any taxes, delivery, or handling fees separately.
5.2 Contact for Price. If you choose “Contact for Price,” respond to inquiries within 2 business days.
6. Listing Duration & Renewal
6.1 Standard Duration. Listings remain active for 60 days, unless sold or removed.
6.2 Renewal. You may renew a Listing for an additional 60-day period by reactivating it before expiration.
6.3 Automatic Expiration. Premium tags (e.g., “Urgent Ad”) expire after the paid period ends; you may repurchase to extend.
7. Editing & Removal
7.1 User Edits. You may edit your Listing any time; edits do not reset the original posting date or duration.
7.2 Platform Removal. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any Listing that violates these Ad Terms or our general Terms, without notice.
8. Inquiry & Response Obligations
8.1 Timely Response. Respond to buyer inquiries via Platform messaging within 48 hours. Listings with unresponsive Sellers forfeit eligibility for premium features.
8.2 Contact Information. Use the built-in “Contact Seller” tool; do not include personal phone/email in Listing text.
9. Dispute & Resolution
9.1 Buyer–Seller Disputes. You and the buyer must resolve any transaction disputes directly.
9.2 Platform Assistance. We may mediate but bear no liability for final outcomes.
10. Compliance & Indemnity
10.1 Legal Compliance. You agree that all Listings comply with applicable laws, regulations, and export controls.
10.2 Indemnity. You indemnify IndusFact B2B Solutions against any claim arising from your Listings, including inaccuracies or legal violations.
